The "Cool" Aunty Chronicles Collection

The "Cool" Aunty Chronicles are a collection of comical illustrations, based on everyday studies of my nieces & nephews. They have a fresh & innocent way of seeing the world, that always makes me laugh. Firstly it started as a way of documenting the funny things they say to me but it has since grown into a comic strip.

This week in The "Cool" Aunty Chronicles, we faced a playground bully

During a quiet tea break in the garden, I was disturbed by an angry gremlin (niece) who wanted to report a case of playground bulling by Chico!

......what can I say to that?!

It's important to integrate your gremlin (niece) into your life & make them part of your wider circle.....

......but this was a but much!

This week in The "Cool" Aunty Chronicles, I walked straight into an ambush!

There's no easy ay to tell them that you don't want to play anymore.

This week in The "Cool" Aunty Chronicles, I was forced into playing the classic "Mammy & Baby Game" with one gremlin (niece), me being the baby of course!

I soon learnt how her dollies became headless.

This week in The "Cool" Aunty Chronicles, after spending sometime in the playground with a certain gremlin (niece), I made a startling discovery.

"They" believe that I am one of "them!"

It all makes sense now.

There is a certain “little” gremlin (niece) who comes to visit me & ALWAYS stands behind Chico.

It’s always lovely when an older gremlin (nephew) calls to visit & keeps me down with the “lingo”

……I didn’t have to heart to tell him I probably own some Nikes that are older than him.
