Brand Artwork | McElhinney's

During the Christmas season McElhinney's approached me about creating bespoke Christmas brand artwork. The artwork would be used for their branded Christmas cards and also their Christmas Gift Vouchers. McElhinney's in located in Ballybofey in Co Donegal and is Ireland's largest department store outside of Dublin. They asked me to include their famous shopfront building and also some of their customers holding McElhinney's carrier bags. Wanting a traditional cosy Christmas card feel. Below I attached a development concept with rough sketches of the characters and compared it to the final illustrated artwork.
